In this course you will learn how to build from scratch, update, and diversify your first aid kit. Whether its your personal first aid, for your vehicle, 72-hour kit, or home use, you will learn best practices for what you need and how to keep it updated. Bring your current first aid kits or build a new one here at the store. We’ve got all the supplies, just come and have fun!

Description

Along with traditional first aid supplies, you will also learn about natural and wholistic supplies and approaches to supplement your first aid kit. In a widespread emergency such as a natural disaster, rioting, or civil unrest, chances are we may not be able to swing by our local pharmacies and pick up our prescriptions like we are used to. How do we handle that? Come find out!
