- NOTE: Use 300cc oxygen absorber per bag (sold separately). Bags may or may not shrink slightly once oxygen absorber activates. Oxygen absorbers will only absorb the oxygen within the bag (21% of the air volume), the nitrogen will remain and actually helps preserve your food (78% of the air volume)
